1. Processing Your Order
- Order Processing Time: Each item you purchase from IDATBB is made to order with the utmost attention to detail. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days from the date of order receipt. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We aim to offer various shipping options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping: The estimated delivery is within 5 business days after shipping. Specific delivery times will depend on your location, the shipping option chosen, and the efficiency of the mail carrier.
- Expedited Shipping Options: Available upon request and may be subject to additional charges based on the speed and carrier availability.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has left our facility, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email that includes your tracking information. Tracking numbers usually become active within 24 hours after shipping, allowing you to follow the journey of your package to your doorstep.
4. International Shipping
For our international customers, please be aware that shipping rates and delivery times vary greatly depending on your destination country. IDATBB is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All such fees are the buyer's responsibility.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, IDATBB can only accept returns or offer refunds in specific circumstances. If there's an issue with your order or if it doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery so we can evaluate the situation and determine the best course of action.
6. Damages
IDATBB is committed to ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. However, we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim immediately. Also, contact us with the claim reference so we may assist you further.
